Efficient and effective RJ services
 
The EFRJ is searching for research, evaluation reports, statistical data which can help us to identify the minimum standards for providing efficient and effective RJ services. Please share this info with us and spread the voice! The deadline is 1 June.
 
 
CJPE Summer Courses

 

The programme, abstracts and biographies of the lectures and trainers are now online!!! Register now to the International Criminal Justice SUMMER COURSES 2017 (Barcelona, 4-7 July) on radicalisation, desistance and engaging offenders to change. These courses are organised by the partners in the Criminal Justice Platform Europe (CJPE), i.e. EFRJ, Europris and CEP.

 
EFRJ Summer School
 

The EFRJ Summer School 2017 on RJ in cases of serious crimes (Como, 24-28 July) almost reached the maximum number of participants: register now if you want to reserve your seat. The deadline for early bird registrations as well as waiver applications is 30 April.
 
EU project on victims of road traffic accidents
The project coordinator Rondpunt created a webpage and informative flyer of the EU project ‘Victims of road traffic offences‘.Soon, a survey will be launched to identify Member States where special support and protection is given to this type of cases. One of the three main topics of this project is the use of RJ with people involved in traffic accidents.   Image result for rondpunt
 
EU project on child victims and RJ

The project coordinator IJJO (International Juvenile Justice Observatory) created a webpage to disseminate the EU project 'Implementing RJ with child victims'. Among other partners, KU Leuven and University of Ulster are represented by two of ourBoard members (respectively, Brunilda Pali and Tim Chapman).

News for EFRJ members  
  Recently, EFRJ members have been asked to take part in the Values and Standards Working Group and to vote con the Constitutional changes proposed by the Board. Both deadlines are 20 April. Registrations for the Annual General Meeting and expert seminar on RJ in intercultural conflicts(Berlin, 1-2 June) are open until 10 May.
NOT YET A EFRJ MEMBER?  You can read here theadvantages of joining our RJ community! We have different annual fees for individual and organisational members, starting from 25 Euros for students!
 
 
Inspiring filming project

 
 

The EFRJ is currently coordinating the film making of thetheatre play ‘A Conversation’, a strong example of the transformative power of dialogue and RJ. The play, inspired by a real story, presents the meeting between two families related by the rape and murder of a young woman. If you wish to contribute to the making of this film (e.g. by sponsoring the making of a shorter film and/or by providing subtitles in your own language), contact the EFRJ secretariat before 16 May.
