A moment of Inspiration

In this TED-talk, Jean Klasovsky strongly recommends the implementation of RJ in schools. If a RJ coordinator cannot be implemented in all schools because of lack of funding, teachers should be trained in conducting RJ conversations and lead peace-circles with their students, while students should learn to determine the needs of the conflicting parties and help them to restore their broken relation.
